The Tech Set: Practical Guides to New Tech for Librarians
Winner of the ALA 2011 Award for the Best Book in Library Literature
The Tech Set is the 10-book technology series that I envisioned, created, and edited with Neal-Schuman Publishers. It was published in April 2010 by Neal-Schuman Publishers and the prestigious Library and Information Technology Association (LITA, a division of the American Library Association). It was also published by Facet Publishing in the U.K.
4/19/11: In March 2011, The American Library Association (ALA) awarded The Tech Set the 2011 Greenwood Publishing Group Award for the Best Book in Library Literature. I'm ecstatic to be accepting the award at the 2011 ALA Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA at the Awards Ceremony and Inaugural Banquet on June 28, 2011. Here are some links to the news coverage:

I am very excited to let everyone know about the latest project I’ve been working on, it’s a new series of books which I’ve been developing with Neal-Schuman Publishers that will be a collection of comprehensive, how-to guides for effectively using technology in libraries. There will be 10 titles to start with and I will be editing the series. Here's some additional info:
